We guarantee that our clients will be satisfied with their résumé and/or letter. If our client is unsatisfied, we provide either of two options: A. We continue to work with our client until he/she is satisfied. B. We keep the resume and/or cover letter and our client keeps their money. Exceptions occur if clients want an advanced email copy. Our satisfaction guarantee places the burden of proof on our shoulders, not on the shoulders of our customers.
