Okay I know you said that I was going to get phone calls and emails, but you never said how CRAZY it was going to be! I need an assistant to take the messages. All I did yesterday was post the new and improved resumes on Monster, Hot Jobs and Career Builder and I had 20 calls/emails! What did you do put some type of spell on the resumes......lo! Thank-you so much.

Fred did an amazing job with my resume focusing it more clearly and specifying the details of my experience. After sending it out to just one place to start with, I got a call from HR saying the president of the company (a large NY firm) saw it and wanted me to come in for an interview.
